1. Fully undertake the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Group in Vietnam markets;
2. Have a comprehensive understanding of the local Marketing model, be responsible for the innovation of hotel business models in Vietnam, and realize the rapid signing of the Group in overseas markets;
3. Responsible for the operation and management of overseas hotels, including the construction, monitoring and tracking of resource information database, and the output management system;
4. Responsible for team construction and management, including the construction of local team recruitment, retention, transformation and empowerment mechanism;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with overseas hotel market, have industry experience; strong in marketing and operation area is preferred or has the experience of the brand/ product supply chain experience.
2. Experience in building teams quickly and winning battles.
3. Have a keen market awareness, be good at digging out opportunities from the market, and help the team to achieve the goals;
4. Have a strong dedication to work, energetic, and full of pioneering spirit.
Total package from 150,000 USD per year, if the candidate is an excellent one, the budget can negotiated up to 590,000 USD per year
