Receive buyer information on the e-commerce platform (EC) via phone, messages, and email.
Support and resolve buyer inquiries and complaints.
Guide buyers on using promotions and free shipping programs from the e-commerce platform to enhance their shopping experience.
Update relevant information and reports on the system.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
High school graduate.
Proficient in English (equivalent to B2 level).
Able to work full-time (no academic commitments).
Clear and fluent speaking voice.
Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade customers (problem-solving skills).
Basic proficiency in office computing.
Familiarity and experience with e-commerce platforms.
Prior experience in customer support roles such as customer service, telesales, call center, sales, or consulting is an advantage.
Candidates without experience will receive training before starting the job
Salary: 8 mil – 9 mil gross + KPI
