-Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product
knowledge, customer service skills
-Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials
-Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
-Stay up-to-date with SOP of project, best practices when collaborate with operation management team
-Prepare and present the training report according to client or internal project request
-Agent skill and knowledge – oriented
-Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan
-Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
-Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken (TOEIC 650 for English and HSK4 for Chinese) or the same level
-At least 1 year in the same position. (specialized in BPO industry)
-Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills
-Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is plus
-Excellent computer skills with MS Office
-Willing to work overtime if needed
-Salary: upto 20tr
